Le premier-n\u00e9, Manuel S\u00e1nchez et son \u00e9pouse ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les fondateurs, des ann\u00e9es de travail acharn\u00e9 et de grands espoirs, devenant le point d’arr\u00eat des voyageurs et des voyageurs. Avec la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration suivante, dans les ann\u00e9es soixante-dix, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de remodeler compl\u00e8tement la Fonda avec la construction actuelle de l’\u00e9tablissement et avec la transition vers un h\u00f4tel deux \u00e9toiles.
